General Returns

We accept returns for a full refund, less the original cost of shipping, so long as the item being returned is in its original NEW condition within 60 days of your order date. Refunds are credited to the order’s original payment method.

To return an item or request an exchange or refund, please contact us with your order or invoice number and the details of your request.

Damaged Items

We strive to package our products so that they arrive in excellent condition, however on rare occasion a package will be damaged in transit. If your order arrived damaged or if your CD/DVD is not functioning as expected, please contact us ASAP so that we can send you a replacement.
